BIRMINGHAM, Alabama (July 11, 2017) — O’Neal Steel has appointed Tate Forrester to be the company’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role, his focus will be on developing and executing strategic sales plans to promote sales growth and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Forrester joined O’Neal Steel in 2009 and has held multiple operational and commercial roles since, including management positions at TAD Metals, CHRG Metals, and United Performance Metals – all O’Neal Industries portfolio companies. Since January 2015, Forrester has been the Director of Corporate Development at O’Neal Industries, parent company of O’Neal Steel, where he was responsible for developing and coordinating market strategies across affiliate companies, sharing best practices throughout the ONI portfolio, and conducting market research and analysis. Forrester has B.A. degrees in economics, Spanish and managerial studies from Vanderbilt University, and an MBA from the University of Texas.
