Tom Kennard is Executive Vice President of O’Neal Industries (ONI), the parent company of the nation’s largest family-owned network of metal service centers and component manufacturing businesses. In this role, Tom helps guide enterprise strategy, capital deployment, and leadership development across ONI’s portfolio of distribution and manufacturing companies.

Tom began his career at General Electric Aircraft Engines before becoming a co-founder of Aerospace International Materials (AIM), a global specialty materials distributor serving the aerospace and power generation markets. He then co-founded Supply Dynamics and T&B Manufacturing, companies focused on manufacturing, supply-chain, and distribution solutions.

In 2006, Tom joined ONI following the acquisition of AIM and Supply Dynamics. AIM later merged with Ferguson Metals to form United Performance Metals (UPM), where Tom served as President and led the business through significant growth and strategic expansion. In 2020, he was named Executive Vice President of O’Neal Industries.

A native of Portsmouth, Ohio, Tom holds a degree in Accounting  from Georgetown College in Kentucky.
