Areas of Impact
Businesses have a responsibility not only to succeed but also to contribute to the well-being of the communities they serve. Our areas of impact represent the diverse ways in which we actively engage with and support causes that matter most to us. Here is our giving by impact areas for 2024.
Arts & Culture
Museums, libraries, historical, botanical, zoological, and art societies; cultural centers, performing arts organizations for music, theater, opera, and dance; and public radio and television.
Civic
Community-based organization, club, committee, association, corporation, or any other group of persons acting in concert to further local economic development purposes; involved in the improvement of housing, urban renewal, and other similar activities.
Conservation
Organizations that protect, analyze, or monitor the environment against misuse or degradation.
Education
Groups that operate exclusively to further educational opportunities and build educational equity. Aid schools with limited resources and achievement/social gaps in students. These groups include public and private educational institutions, scholarships, and fellowships.
Health
Health-focused groups (physical, mental, diseases, clinical programs, disabilities, and addiction) that provide services for, advocate for, and represent the local communities they serve. These groups include hospital foundations and research.
Social Equity
Organizations that promote equal economic, political, social rights, and character-building; help create the conditions/opportunities for the success of all people; and eradicate chronic injustice against a minority group of citizens.
Social Services
Organizations designed to promote the basic physical and material well-being of people (basic needs such as food and shelter).
United Way
To improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities around the world.

Step into any of our 80-plus facilities and witness a spirit of compassion and dedication. Our team members actively engage in meaningful community service initiatives — supported by financial contributions from O’Neal Industries. It’s not just a corporate effort; it’s a collective commitment to building a better world for generations to come.
Charitable Contribution Request
There is a direct relationship between the success of our business and the community in which we operate. We are committed to continuously strengthening our society through corporate support of the organizations and institutions that strive to better the quality of life in our community. We encourage all of our team members to look for opportunities to give their time, talent, and resources to community partners who are doing good work in their local area.
