Troy Lugo
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Troy Lugo leads the financial operations of O’Neal Industries (ONI) as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience in accounting, treasury management, and strategic financial leadership.
Troy joined ONI in 2017 as Vice President and Corporate Controller, where he oversaw the company’s credit, treasury, accounting, and financial reporting functions. In 2022, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer. Prior to ONI, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior manager supporting public, private, and family-owned companies. He later transitioned to private industry, serving as a finance executive overseeing accounting, treasury, risk management, and information technology for multiple portfolio companies.
Troy is actively involved in community and professional organizations, including the United Way of Central Alabama, Children’s Hospital Committee for the Future, and other nonprofit organizations. He also serves on the boards of Samford University’s Brock School of Business and The Bell Center for Early Intervention Programs.
A native of Metairie, Louisiana, Troy earned both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) and MBA from Samford University before obtaining his CPA credentials.
